ULLJA KUNTZE AND THE LATEST ON HER LAWSUIT AGAINST 30 DEFENDANTS

LATEST ON ULLJA KUNTZE'S LAWSUIT AGAINST 30 DEFENDANTS:Update as of Oct 30th, 2010:

Out of jealousy and vindictiveness, beginning around May 2008 and continuing through the summer of 2009, Defendants filed numerous false complaints to various online selling venues in a desperate effort to have my shops removed from these online retail websites and to have my accounts and privileges terminated so i would be prevented from selling my products.
Defendants had knowledge of the agreements between me and the selling venues. Defendants are members of the same selling venues and therefore, they were aware of which of the sites' policies they could complain about so that my accounts would be shut down.
Though it took more effort than they were expecting, they eventually gathered enough people join their conspiracy and filed enough false complaints ultimately resulting in ALL of my accounts with these business sites being closed, causing me to lose ALL business sales.
Defendants willfully and intentionally induced the selling venues to cancel their agreements with me and to cancel my online selling venue shops by writing them constant and non-stop emails with lies about me and even threatend and boycotted as a large group to leave the selling venues themselves if the venues dont get 'rid of me'
This inducement of the defendants and their artisan community members, who are backing them up in this sabotage, resulted in these selling venues to wrongfully terminate my accounts, resulting in damages to me by depriving me of profits that i otherwise would have received had my seling accounts remained open...since 2008 Summer..thats over 2 years worth of lost profits from my very successful bead shop alone that they so desperately and maliciously wanted to get rid of so that customers would go shop with them instead...the extend their jealousy and their obsessiveness with me is unbelievable and is all on paper (supboened documents have arrived from the selling venues)
The desperation to get my selling shops terminated, includes even Defendants filing FALSE infringement claims with the selling venues in which they state: (I am quoting from the actual infringement claims they have filed and signed with their own names)
"I..., owner of ...., hereby file a written complaint, stating that seller ulljasbeads, has infringed upon my handmade lampwork beads, by purchasing them from me via the internet, and then without my knowledge and permission sold them in her internet sales shop"...they go further and claim "There is no doubt in my mind the beads are my work".....finally, the best part: they sign this false infringement claim stating: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate, and that i am the copyright owner, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that has been infringed upon. I have good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing seller is not authorized by myself, ....the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

Defendants have filed AND signed with their own signature this FALSE infringement claim. During months of discovery process of my lawsuit, NONE of the Defendants has produced ANY copyright/trademark/patent OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS for the beads they sold or are selling!!....but yet, they have signed a false infringement claim swearing under penalty of perjury that they are the copyright owners of the beads they sell...WOW!!
Everywhere, Defendants have written that i have stolen their intellectual property, that i am a Thief doing consumer fraud, and that i am a Fraud and run ALL my businesses fraudulently. Their sole purpose in doing this is to destroy my personal and professional reputation out of pure jealousy and vindictiveness. They have even managed to lure and convince with these lies many others to join them in their conspiracy.
In fact, one of the ring leader's motto is "The MORE, the MERRIER"....their constant and continuous efforts of convincing others, resulted in more and more people joining the conspiracy to sabotage any and all of my business pursuits and in destroying my professional and personal reputation.
Filing False infringement claims is just one thing they have done....but i wanted to mention that one today in detail.
I wonder if they even realize what kind of a deep, legal $$$HIT they have created for themselves out of this obsessive jealousy towards me and all my businesses??!!

Quinoa, which is a seed often related with grains such as wheat or rice, is a very powerful protein source since it contains all the essential amino acids. Here is a quick tip to save on energy while cooking in the kitchen :
Did you know when you cover your pots while cooking that you actually save alot on energy. Cooking with the lid open is pretty much like trying to heat the room while your window is open in winter.

I know with some recipes you wont be able to save energy by covering the lid, however the best time would be while waiting for your pasta water to boil.

Happy Start to a wonderful Summer and I cant wait for 4th of July Holidays and Festive Cooking ideas when i will be doing some major long-awaited grilling while watching the beautiful fireworks that will happen in my town of Waco.

By the time you get up in the morning your body has gone through the longest period of the day without food. After a long period without eating, food is needed to restock on energy and nutrients.


Try to choose foods with nutritional resources to rebalance your body's needs as this can greatly influence how you feel for the rest of the day.


A mix of carbohydrates (found in foods such as wholegrains and bananas) with protein reduces the likelihood of sweet or carb gravings throughout the day.


Remember, skipping meals is always a bad idea, but starting off the right way with a good breakfast makes it easier to manage weight and keep energy levels consistent. Its also a great time to stock up on naturally occuring minerals and vitamins found in nutritionally dense foods such as dairy, seeds, nuts and fruit than reaching for the supplement bottle.

Also, dont forget to rehydrate, drink plenty of water to restore fluid levels in this Texas heat :-)
